Need advice for cooker extractor fan in chimney

I am remodelling our kitchen and have a cooker going into the chimney breast. I need some advice on what concealed extractor fan can work with this set up. Eg can you just vent up the chimney etc

The chimney is on an internal wall with no way to vent external before the top of the stack.

Grateful for any experts out there.

  ...and so, 4 years on from the "dramatic planning meeting" that approved the "meganursery", how has it all worked out in reality? The building looks nice from the outside - but I don't know anything more. Did either of the nursery businesses on EDG fail because there was no demand for nursery places in East Dulwich? Did Carmageddon on East Dulwich Grove get worse? Were pre-COVID work patterns abandoned forever (lol)?   If I don’t feed the birds, they’ve actually come and perched on the fence and stared directly at me through the window. The squirrels do that too.

  I would recommend Coopers bakehouse, which offer a similar service to B&C but it’s just focussed on really good bread, decent prices and keeps for ages (also freezes well). Delivered by bike.
