Need to rehome a dog

Recommended Posts

Betsy is a staffy mix who is very sweet and affectionate. Still young so chewing and such

She’s too much for her current owner - because her recall is bad and she runs off and wants to hunt.

Worried that Betsy may get put down if she goes back to battersea

Looking for a home that will suit Betsy

Please contact small independent rescue's who may be able to help. Rescue Remedies, South East Dog Rescue, Foal Farm. Dogs don't come automatically trained and have to have consistency, please consider going to a rescue, anyone could offer on the dog who could end up any where. Is the dog neutered and vaccinated?
Totally agree with comments. Stay safe and think of Betsy. Anyone could volunteer to take her and turn her into a puppy farm. I have had and walk rescue dogs who were used to produce pups and total cash machines. Foal farm, last chance... Look for centres to help please or people you know and trust. M

As per forum rules, pets are not be offered via the forum. Private rehoming is not a good idea - rescue charities will be best for the animal. There are other options than Battersea, such as the ones mentioned earlier in this topic.

    • No problem. I think it is also worth saying, in light of the recent Panorama programme, that we, at No-Flies, are completely independent and do not have referral arrangements with solicitors or surveyors. We believe that both buyers and sellers should be free to make their own choices on who they wish to instruct - though we are happy to provide recommendations and will try to warn people off firms with whom we have had previous bad experiences.
