I have lived in an area with a CPZ and believe me, it doesn't help anyone but the council who is inflicting it. So speaking from a broader view of having been on both side's of the grass,It's definately greener without!

We all understand that everyone is trying to survive buth blatant overcharging is not about survival its about making the most of the situation. They will have shot themselves in the foot as things like this will be remembered and people will avoid the business.

It certainly isn't essential. Do we know who is funding the project?
