Garden wall destruction

Last week someone pushed off the brick pillars off my garden wall on Upland Road. Walking down the street it appears that I wasn't the only one affected! What sad people are doing this I wonder?

We had damage to our wall last week, it happened on bin day and assumed it was an accident....maybe not??
