New pub - John BBQ

Not to start another 'new pub' thread but (doing it anyway) we noticed a stall at the Dulwich festival today promoting a new pub which apparently will specialise in craft beer and BBQ food. They told me they couldn't say where they were opening, only that it was 2-3 minutes from their stall in Goose Green. Anyone know anything?

I'm going to guess nunhead direction. Based on nothing more than a hunch. But I'll be there.

I was wondering if it might be the vacant barbers on East Dulwich Road, that would fit the walking time, otherwise no idea.

The change of use application would surely be public if it was that.. Wouldn't mind a pub on that strip but I don't think so. Has to be an existing spot I think. Tie in with new owners of herne ?

The flyer said SE22 so hmmmmm. We shall see.

SE22 then... maybe the woners of the Vale/Cherry Tree are finally selling?

The Magnolia/Patch site appears to be accounted for as well so i don't think it's there

Bit of a tidy up has been going on in Kens Barber Shop which has been vacant for a while. No sign in window re whats happening etc though.
