From what I gather from the Dulwich Hill team is that Mark Rowley is trying to regain confidence in the Met and this is one of the suggestions that is being tried out. At the first 'cuppa' held at Christ Church Barry Road we had about 8 people- some of us knew the team already but others were 'newbies'.
