Toilet repair - leak/water coming up through floor tiling

Can someone help with this please or recommend someone who can?

I'm looking for someone to remove the toilet pan, investigate the leak (possibly waste outlet), repair, and put pan back, making good the mastic etc. Thank you.

  Why not donate straight to St Christopher's online and buy your tree from a small independent retailer like Paul at Indaco, 483 Lordship Lane. Next door to the old Barcelona bar. That way you can support the charity direct and a small local business direct. Much better than Pines and Needles who will probably send less of your money to charity.
