Only 1 minute to Honor Oak Road and 3 minutes walk to Honor Oak Station. Independent cafes, bars and restaurants are nearby with The Honor Oak Wellness Centre and Horniman Museum.  

Contains a double bedroom, living room and separate kitchen with fridge/freezer, washing machine. Bathroom includes a bath and a separate toilet. Cats welcome and a cat flap has been fitted into the back door. 

Local restaurants include Donde (Spanish), Mama Dough (pizza), Le Querce (Sardinian) Babur (award-winning Indian) and Hattush (Turkish). Si Mangia (Italian) is also nearby on Forest Hill Rd.

Nearby schools include William of York, Fairlawn and St Francesca Cabrini Primary Schools as well as the Harris Academy, Forest Hill Boys and Predengast for older children.

Local landlord who manages the property. Will consider flexible term.

    • But all those examples sell a wide variety of things,  and mostly they are well spread out along Lordship Lane. These two shops both sell one very specific thing, albeit in different flavours, and are just across the road from each other. I don't think you can compare the distribution of shops in Roman times to the distribution of shops in Lordship Lane in the twenty first century. Well, you can, but it doesn't feel very appropriate. Haa anybody asked the first shop how they feel? Are they happy about the "healthy competition" ?
