I had a clear out of my son's babyish and broken toys over the weekend and now it is looking a little empty! Suggestions for brilliant toys that will keep him entertained for hours? He is 3.5 now but I'd prefer to get him stuff that he is not going to grow out of soon. He is into typical boy stuff (pirates, knights, fire engines), he used to love his Brio trains and track but he hasn't played with it in ages and I wonder if he has outgrown it?

A proper castle? We got one when eldest was 3 and he played with it for years & now his brother who is 5 plays with it so its been good & I can chuck all the knights & battle figures in there so it's kind of like a battle storage box too!

The hot wheels loop the loop is good too if u have lots of matchbox type cars & the other thing we have that they have both played with is a multi layer garage.

    • It should be easy enough to point out to anyone even thinking of voting reform that should they take power they will have no impact. And will make things worse.  And if people think politicians break promises now and reform are a breath of fresh air then they ain’t seen nothing yet  but they won’t really care about immigration if reform do win  uk used to be about law and order and now we have dim talking heads everywhere unchallenged going “leave the ECHR, stuff the judges, just do it!!”   like life is that simple sweeties
    • I have been reliably informed that it's not the same group.
    • my bet is it's the same group and no amount of talking to is going to make a difference.
    • Definitely not intended  to come across as "gleeful". Quite the opposite, because developments such as this will only encourage extreme right-wingers such as Reform. And heaven help us if they ever formed a government. It's incumbent on Labour to come up with an effective  policy to "smash the gangs" otherwise we are facing Farage and his gang further down the road.
