Never tried equipment Pilates?

At ESPH, on Lordship Lane, we are running free 1 to 1 taster classes at our Pilates event on Saturday June 29th between 10:00 and 12:00.

If you think Pilates is just mat based, or have never tried Pilates in its original manifestation, this is your chance!

Our state of the art equipment increases core stability, and helps posture, strength and flexibility to a level unattainable working on mats. It?s great fun too!
