Cazz
I have just attended a without prejudice meeting with my employer and manager. I would like to ask does anyone know of or is there anyone I could speak to about this facet of employment law.Cazz Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/33634-without-prejudice-meeting/ Share on other sites
ClareC
It's only 'without prejudice' if it was in an attempt to settle a dispute- no dispute then without prejudice doesn't apply and the meeting is admissable! ClareC
Yes, that is what it means but it only applies (ie is valid) if the meeting was a genuine attempt to resolve a dispute. No dispute and the meeting is admissable! Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/33634-without-prejudice-meeting/#findComment-657198 Share on other sites
