My boyfriend and I are looking for a 2-bed property to rent long-term in southeast London. We're both in our mid-30s and currently live in Lewisham. My partner works for a social innovation NGO and I'm in education. We're respectful, tidy and friendly. Both non-smokers and we don't have any pets.  

Our budget is £1700. We can provide references from our previous landlords.
