East Dulwich - 3 bedroom house let mid Feb - late April.

We will be away from mid-February, till late April and are looking to find out if there is any interest in a short term let over that period.

The house is in excellent renovated condition and will be let fully furnished. 

As this is our home, we are looking for responsible tenants who will vacate at the end-of-let.

The house is located in Crawthew Grove, so is convenient for shops, schools, transport etc.

We haven't set a price as yet, but having seen instances of 2 bedroom flats going for approx £2,200 pcm, we'd be looking at upwards from there (or not, depending on the tenant)
