Monkey
In a fight, who'd win? The Nancies, the Marias or the Josephs? Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/3415-id-do-anything/ Share on other sites
Guest
The Nancies for sure - they're all a bit on the hefty side. I bet all the Josephs were under 5 foot 4 and held together with fake tan and hair gel. Shaggy
Jodie would really have Lee in a bare-knuckle bout. Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/3415-id-do-anything/#findComment-106671 Share on other sites
HonaloochieB
Without a doubt Nancy. With Bill Sykes in her corner? She'd do anything. Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/3415-id-do-anything/#findComment-106673 Share on other sites
Guest
To digress slightly, was anyone else terrified by Oliver Reed as Bill Sikes when they were little? Nearly as pant-wettingly scary as the Childcatcher in Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, who I still wouldn't like to find on my doorstep. HonaloochieB
Of course Bill was scary. Oliver Reed I reckon was chosen for his scariness. Oliver! the musical was, despite the songs a fairly frightening film. How Bill murdered Nancy? Brutal. How Bill met his fate, equally so.But just a piece of genius musical film-making altogether which is one of my favourite films.I'm off to watch it now. Ondine
Anyone else spooked their kids by taking them down Nancy's Steps at the side of London Bridge? Very creepy on a November afternoon Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/3415-id-do-anything/#findComment-106740 Share on other sites
Moos
I found Bill terrifying but puzzlingly slightly sexy too. Oh dear. Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/3415-id-do-anything/#findComment-106783 Share on other sites

wee quinnie
Was Bullseye also called Bully, or am I straying into Jim Bowen territory here? Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/3415-id-do-anything/#findComment-107012 Share on other sites
