Dulwich college grassy area dug up! Why?

Just wondering if anyone knows what's happening to the large green bit of land around Dulwich college? Are they building houses? Noticed all the green grass has been dug up by tractors.

Definitely no planning permission for housing.

They do having planning permission for new science block and new swimming pool.
