We had a leak from our shower going through to the ceiling downstairs and he investigated all options and got it fixed the same day. I'd like to echo the recommendations for Niko. I needed an Emergency Plumber one evening last week to sort out a dripping overflow pipe and found Niko on this thread. He did have his phone stolen recently and was on a brick phone, so if you tried Whatsapping him, he won't have received it yet but he should have a new smart phone by now.
