Another recommendation for Niko (07818 607583) - he is fantastic and so reliable. We had a leak from our shower going through to the ceiling downstairs and he investigated all options and got it fixed the same day. We had previously been dismissed by other tradesmen who said we didn’t have any issue, before the leak got worse and Niko solved the original issue. Top guy, can’t recommend enough. Thank you Niko!

Yes, I can endorse all that has been said, Niko does sort out all plumbing problems, he is  friendly and efficient;

Possibly above all, Reliable, when there is a plumbing emergency  in your home , it is enormously reassuring to know  you can call someone honest and competent who will make time to fix it, this is Niko. 07818607583

Another positive review for Niko! He recently installed a number of appliances for me, including changing some plumbing to remove a loo and install a washing machine - I couldn't be happier with the job. He was friendly and positive from the moment he arrived, reassuring with my concerns and nothing was too much trouble. He evidently takes pride in his work, ensuring everything was done as if it was his own home. He's also astute and fixes other little jobs he notices, such a bonus for someone like me who is not handy at all.  He has a great sense of humor which makes the whole process so enjoyable.

I would highly recommend Niko to anyone looking for a reliable, skilled, and personable plumber!

Another strong endorsement for Niko here. Super professional, did a great job fixing a pipe and bottle trap in our bathroom, with no fuss or drama. He's also a thoroughly nice fella, so deserves all the good words being said about him here. 100% recommended. Give him a call 07818 607583.

I’ll add to the chorus of support for Niko. Very good service and thoroughly nice bloke. He installed our tap and fixed several old and leaking pipes. He was straight & upfront with us about the cost and great communication. Will definitely be using in the future. Highly recommended!

As always, Niko responded very quickly to my last call, and the next morning had fixed the problem pipes and my washing machine was working again. Friendly, reliable, efficient, and always follows up to ensure everything works as it should. I strongly recommend his services. 07818 607583

I'd like to echo the recommendations for Niko. I needed an Emergency Plumber one evening last week to sort out a dripping overflow pipe and found Niko on this thread. He came out at short notice, traced the drip and fixed it for a very reasonable cost. Professional, friendly and kind. Very happy to recommend.

 Niko completed a third job for me now. A leaking tap that was oozing from everywhere. I called Niko in the morning, showed him a recording of the problem,  and he was over with a new tap, fitted within the hour. Job done, perfect! I know I can always rely on Niko. He is my go to plumber.

Niko is my go to plumber - he's always friendly, reliable and very good at thinking outside the box for finding solutions. He did have his phone stolen recently and was on a brick phone, so if you tried Whatsapping him, he won't have received it yet but he should have a new smart phone by now. He always gets back to you promptly and is full of good advice and always up for a chat 🙂

    • We've all noticed how once grotty town centres have improved and gentrified over the last decade or so, Deptford, Peckham, Honor Oak, Brockley.  Just count the bars and coffee shops.  Catford is going that way and Lewisham and Forest Hill next.  We are in an affluent area, and the above is more relevant to forgotten towns and areas.
    • Hi All, Apologies if there have been other threads about this. I am really concerned and quite scared about vermin for those of us that live close to the high street. I know they are something we have to accept to an extent but it feels like they are currently being given a welcome and easy ride…I have recently sent the below email to Southwark council, if you feel the similarly I’d encourage you to do the same…  [email protected] if you have suggestions of others I can be in touch with please let me know… Dear Southwark Council, I live at xxxx and am seriously concerned about the way commercial shop and restaurant waste is managed on Lordship Lane high street. Most businesses put their rubbish out on the pavement at the end of the day in Southwark bin bags, which are collected the following morning.  Most mornings they have been ripped open by vermin (rats and foxes) with food waste across the pavements and a slick of oily stains. For those of us that live close to the high street there is a hygiene concern about the state of the pavements and the rats in our gardens and potentially entering and damaging our homes and cars and as well as the risks of illness.  Please advise if you will be reviewing the arrangements to move to a bin system to help with the issue?? Particularly in light of this news on the vast increase of rats in our cities:  https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/articles/c4gvk397j80o All best, Xxxx
    • @Spartacus It seems a very complex subject and I have no knowledge of the places awarded money but pride of place has many more ingredients than retail.
    • Internet will never replace face-to-face shopping   These  derelict  shopping centres still exist but they’re filled with crap shops  antisocial behaviour et cetera et cetera we don’t have them here that’s why we’re not getting the money currently about 25% of are spending is online.
