Vet recommendation

Hi, can anyone recommend a reasonable priced vet in the area. My vet has made a diagnosis on my dog,but I am not totally happy and would like a second opinion.

Thanks for replying,  she is currently being seen by Dr Robson, it's  just that this problem has been going on so long and doesn't seen to be resolved.  I always had great faith in Robson.

Medivet on LL have always been good and fair with my pets, so I would also recommend them. One of them had to be referred for eye surgery, and I had no reason to doubt anything from diagnosis onwards. I’ve also found them practical and kind.

Another one to consider  - I used to go to Mayow Vets in Sydenham. They are independent.  They have changed hands since I first went there in 2008.

100% recommend Neighbourhood Vet. Love using them and their staff are always polite and helpful.

We go to Madivet on Lordship Lane (Forest Hill end by the Grove pub) and have always find them kind and dont feel ripped off (for instance they told us we could save a considerable amount on our cats medication by purchasing it online and provided us with a perscription for a nominal amount).

Hi guys, thanks for all your recommendations,  I think Dr Robson did me proud today for putting  my little girl in peace.

Unfortunately vetinary pathology were having a system upgrade and with Easter holidays and backlog, I still don't have the results for my little Marnie. But she did what I asked and gave her dignity. She's now in puppy heaven with her first love Freddie. The loss hurts immensely,  but I know I did right for her and Dr Robsons care confirmed  that. I know now why she wanted to wait for the biopsies,  but sadly my girl couldn't.

I’m so sorry for your loss. She’s now at peace.  Saying goodbye is heartbreaking but at least you know that made the right decision at the right time for beloved Marnie.

So sorry for your loss

We lost our lovely Frankie in October but are adopting new dog. But we believed ms Robson was retiring - she was always our vet.

Such a shame that Miss Robson is retiring.  Is it definitely this year, as she has been saying if for some time.  She will be greatly missed for sure.
