Good that PETA is on it but can we add our voices to the fight against this horrible practice? I’m still shocked! A petition maybe? Happy to raise to the RSPCA but don’t want to duplicate efforts. I’ve signed campaigns from RSPCA before which sends it directly to your councillor

Thanks NewWave, I contacted them again after your note and whoever I talked to mentioned there is neither a pick up option nor drop off points 😬 Dress for Success is however moving near Farringdon station in May and this might be an easier drop off point. Will keep looking in the meantime 😊

Hi all - any recommendation for someone who could help with velux type windows leaking in my conservatory please? The roofer who came said it was fixed but it isn?t and all the windows shops I contacted so far only do replacements not repairs. I think it would only be a case of replacing the seal and having a tall ladder! Thanks in advance for any pointers!!

A big shout out to our local artisan chocolatier Isabelle at Melange chocolate! She never ceases to impress me with her creativity with chocolate! I?m not sure whether I?ll take the giant chocolate lollipop or the chocolate lipstick this time :) Isabelle creates all her quality chocolates and unique combos, my favourite being white chocolate with cardamom and nutmeg! She also does the best hot chocolate, thick and comforting!! My family loved her truffles at Christmas and the box was emptied very quickly!
