    I have put some for free here but keen to know where to recycle these Apparently they can take up to a million year to decompose so dont have the heart to put them in the bin Thanks :)

    I switched to Virgin a year or so ago and have been nothing but disappointed.. Service slow or down regularly which never happened to me before in any location with other providers. Stay away from them :)

    Hi Michelle, I saw a similar looking cat in Peckham on Lyndhurst way next to warwick gardens this afternoon. It seems a bit far off where you live but will take a picture if I see him again Good luck!

    This cute ginger and white cat is super friendly!! Looks like a she? Found (or Seen) on Oglander road in Peckham, in front of the yellow skip, at the corner with Muschamp road at around 2/2.15pm today. She might not be lost and just wandering around, but I see so many posts for losts cats here, I thought better post it anyway.... just in case there is a worried owner out there!

    I can also echo everybody's excellent feedback on Andy! I have 3 prolapsed discs and I have chronic pain. I therefore always need very professonal care which Andy provides all the time! I have had many treatments over the years and Andy is just the best! He provides excellent massages which always provide great relief as well as very helpful advice on tailored exercises for instance. Andy is also a very nice guy so can only highly recommend!!

    Hi Pugwash - a natural remedy is to spread used coffee grounds in areas where you wish to repel ants (they are repulsed by the smell of the brewed coffee grounds) Worked for me in a kitchen, though they never ate anything so you might need something stronger.... Good luck!
