We are delighted to be running a half price taster session of Piloxing with Annia tomorrow at 9.30am.

Piloxing is an aerobic exercise that combines the power, speed and agility of pilates, boxing and dance. It can be a fun high-intensity activity that gets the whole body working and sweating and if you’re looking to burn fat, tone muscles, strengthen your core and become more flexible, piloxing can be a fun way to achieve that. All abilities are welcome, equipment is provided - just bring some water and trainers.

  Thanks very much, that's really interesting. I feel better about the shredded paper not being recycled now! And even better that I can get it out of the house and into the green bin! I will save a bit for future composting though (and homemade seed paper, thanks Peckhamgatecrasher) x
