There have been various plans to develop the site with a mixed retail and residential development. It was last discussed on this forum back in April 2022 here:

There doesn't seem to have been much progress since then. The planning application is available for viewing here: https://planning.southwark.gov.uk/online-applications/applicationDetails.do?activeTab=summary&keyVal=R7P7HJKBLY200

Thank you! This is very helpful. Completely sympathetic to the objections to the size of the development and the supermarket (definitely not needed). I am on the lookout for a space suitable for community yoga classes. I have long thought this would be a perfect spot overlooking the park. I want to offer free community beginners classes, as well as advanced offerings in a social impact model. So if anyone hears of anything on this, please drop a comment! Thanks.

Hi, there is the Honor Oak Baptist Church nearby that may have availability https://www.hobc.org.uk/hall-lets/

A quick Google doesn't help me. Feels like bullshit

A quick Google found this, amongst other things:

"Social impact models are frameworks or approaches that guide how organizations or initiatives address social or environmental problems."

    • Fired Earth as a whole went into administration unfortunately - doesn't seem to have been a Dulwich problem specifically. Does anyone know how much the rent is for these Dulwich Village storefronts?
    • It is most likely gas, with what looks like a stop cock, and although the pipe may well have been isolated later from the supply you should get in a gas safe engineer to remove it. At worst it might need to be capped off beneath the floor boards. Don't interfere with it yourself.
    • Sorry, I know this isn't strictly an East Dulwich topic but as there are so many late-Victorian properties in the area I wondered if anyone has seen anything similar in their house and can advise. We have what looks like an old gas outlet on the back wall of our daughter's bedroom which we'd like to remove, but we weren't sure whether it's safe to do so. Do I just call a registered gas engineer to check it out? And is it definitely a gas outlet or might it be something else? It's at floor level so maybe electricity but it doesn't look like any electricity outlet I've ever seen! Has anyone had any experience of dealing with something similar?
    • Just had a look at the above web sites you listed. Mot tax look for free .but you still need to pay to get service results.sàme as the ones I liste
