Swedish, Deep Tissue and Sports Massage - BTEC Level 5 Qualified Therapist

Recommended Posts

As a middle aged triathlete Andy Koval's massages are a monthly fixture for me. His sports massage is excellent but he also has brilliant suggestions on how to avoid injury through stretches and working on different muscle groups. Highly recommended!

I can also echo everybody's excellent feedback on Andy!

I have 3 prolapsed discs and I have chronic pain. I therefore always need very professonal care which Andy provides all the time! I have had many treatments over the years and Andy is just the best! He provides excellent massages which always provide great relief as well as very helpful advice on tailored exercises for instance.

Andy is also a very nice guy so can only highly recommend!!

Hi there,

Andy is more than a massage therapist, he is both extremely knowledgeable and skilled and tailors each treatment specifically to the client. I can highly recommend Andy for both a deeply relaxing and healing massage experience.

Andy os incredibly professional and I felt at ease as soon as I lay down and new I would be in safe healing hands.

I?m a great fan of Andy?s. He?s very intuitive, knowledgeable as well as being a lovely guy that makes you feel very comfortable. Really like his nice little touches like heated massage bed and his music-no whale music or pan pipes here! Highly recommended.

    • I wanted to just add that my experience has shown me that fitness classes aimed at an older demographic are often nowhere near as good or as much fun as those aiming at all and sundry.. most classes I've been to NOT aiming at 'Middle aged' people have had such a mixed bag and everyone does what they can at their own pace and this is encouraged. Do give it a go.
    • Greens have some mad polices and I am still trying to work out if it is true that the leader of the party thought he could hypnotize women to have larger breasts 🤷‍♂️ country is in a real state at the min and all party’s have a part to play in that. what the future holds who knows but it is worrying.
    • A stellar win for the Greens in Gorton and Denton, no doubt. But by-elections are funny beasts. Labour's strength traditionally has been in its ground game. Legions of canvassers over many years in many seats usually means that they are best placed to 'get out the vote' on election day. I can't quite believe that the Greens have enough data, or people, to wrest control of the council from Labour.
