Opposite the clipper pub along rotherhithe st

You can walk along the Thames path till just before the Hilton then turn back into rotherhithe st

It's quite a small park but has some big blocks to climb on and a pirate ship and is quite shady

It certainly makes a (free) day out for us, farm and scoot along the Thames then park

  • 2 weeks later...

Just wanted to give this thread a push back up, in case anyone out there needs activities to fill in the holidays. We went this morning to the farm birds session, the kids loved it. A mixture of teaching, hands on activities, and crafts as well as lots of information about the other animals too. Just ?1 a child, well worth it.

There were only 5 kids taking part, which surprised me.

Was quite entertaining watching the "community payback" boys reluctantly sweeping up goat poo too :)

    • Hello.   Thanks Nigel and Hparker 😀   I've got new slots available for new students looking for a piano teacher or guitar teacher.   You could start in the new term beginning September, or I'm also available adhoc-styles through the summer holidays at times.   I teach all ages, in most styles, in lots of different ways according to how you learn/like to learn.   Give me a call or text on 07730 402336.   I have connections to lots of performance opportunities/networks too.   I run regular events /student concerts, and play in bands/perform.   Natalie.
    • So do I, but I think they are in trouble as well.  Anyway, that space wouldn't be big enough.
    • I'm not talking about Starmer. I was responding to a post which  said that  Corbyn was unelectable. How people voted in the "more hotly contested election" is irrelevant. Corbyn wasn't leading the Labour Party then. Starmer was. And the turnout for Labour reflects that.
