Kitchen doors replacement/upgrade?

Looking to upgrade kitchen doors only if possible. Has anyone got first hand experience (good or bad) with companies that do that e.g. kitchen restoration (avoid apparently?), kitchen-magic.com, kitchenmakeovers or the like? A local company would be even better!

Existing kitchen is sturdy, layout works and changing everything would be a waste. Just want to modernise the appearance basically.

Cabinet doors mainly but no only (sides where needed as well, skirting boards under cupboards etc)
