Anyone lost a white cockatiel?

There was a white cockatiel, yellow spiky hair and orange cheeks and an identity tag on it's left foot in the skate area of Peckham Rye this morning.
It looked pretty happy but I guess someone might be missing it?

This sounds like a Lutino Cockatiel. It needs to be with its owner, it won't survive for long on its own. I hope it is found.
