Totally agree Jah. That was easily the worse performance I've witnessed for a loooooong time. Not just a couple of players, but virtually the whole outfield team were inept. Roy Keane was right about Carrick's postmatch interview summing up the team's performance...devoid of any passion.
Yep, Carrick is a good player, but not a leader. He was actually shrugging his shoulders in that interview, something Keane would never have done. I'm beginning to wonder if this lack of fight is actually rubbing off from Moyes. I've said it before, all his interviews lack conviction, there's never any positivity with him (apparently he was known as Dithering Dave at Everton), instead all he offers is a ''we'll try our best, try and win the next game'' mentality...not good enough. And no, we don't want BFS :)
Always said Moyes wasn't up to it but neither are many of his players. ?520k a week to RVP and Rooney and not a shot on target, and RVP blazing over the bar with the goal at his mercy and then blamimg his team mates during the interview after the game. May he have many years at United. And doubtless come summer, Rooney will be wanting away again.

Are you sure about that, if an English team win the cup will 4th place miss out? I had assumed that they'd made a space for the cup winners?

Oh RD how desperate you rags have become. You suddenly become blind to the number of "wobblys" your own dear shrek has thrown in the past when he didn't get his his way and blackmailed his way back into your affections. I remember many of your so called fans burning his shirt when he threw strops in the past, and when you gave him what he wanted you all forgave him en masse. You rags really do have selective memories, and then you have the temerity to round on those that remind you of your selective memory. While we are at it, Yanited "fans" need to be reminded that supporting a club is for life through thick and thin, and not just during the good times, unlike many of the plastics that reside in London, Surrey, Hampshire anywhere in fact bar Manchester. No club has a divine right to win anything, as you lot are no finding out. Like I said before you've fast become like the child whose wealthy parents have become bankrupt but refuses to give up his pony.

That is good news, always had a soft spot for the Hamlet as my eldest son played for the youth side a few years back.

And RVP on 220k so 520k a week for two players who couldn't muster a shot on target last night, bargain.

Did you see the comments attributed to RvP about his team mates being in the channels he should be occupying? Not like Dutch players to lay the blame for everything at someone else's door.

Always someones elses fault with RVP. Probably the little boy inside him is to blame, don't you think?

Twitter was ahead of the curve over the Dalglish sacking, but can't see that one being true SJ. Up to now he's had the backing of the match going supporters, especially at away games. If this changes then he will be on dodgy ground...

"Arsenal will one day have a similar problem when Wenger leaves, I hope you're taking notes "

oh gawd is this ever true. It's why I have been so anti all the anti-Wenger sentiment amongst (not a small) contingent of Arsenal fans

that said, I expect we will get Pep to replace him, so I'm not tooooo worried

    • What a bunch of pieholes. 2025 and you peasants have nothing to be grateful for. I have been inside the library recently and honestly the old girl is crying for a facelift, the goddamn carpet looks like it survived the world war and some. The Library is one of the oldest in Southwark and you are crying about a study place? What a bunch of bullshit. You have libraries all around you for your kids to go their studying you rotten sausage. How about be happy that the library is going to look absolutely stunning rather than be a whining bitch about it   Also, I have been told that the staffs have to work in the smaller libraries together. How do you think they feel?
    • I would like to recommend Aaron, who has just finished 5 days plastering work in my house. He is professional , polite, tidy, punctual and reliable. He did a fantastic job, a good price and a top quality finish. Highly recommended! Aaron Manser 07773 410661
    • Sadly, but not unreasonably, councils find it difficult to justify such expenditure on their current budgets. My family, which does like fireworks have been enjoying the displays by those still with disposable wealth by viewing them from Hilly Fields. Other hills (Dawson Heights) are available. For children who have autumn and winter birthdays, a firework display is some consolation for their birthday climate. My grandchildren, being summer babies, can enjoy garden parties and picnics. Without the need for explosions and dazzling display.
