Yep- let's talk about Atletico.


In only one of the last six seasons have they made a net loss on players sales. They've turned a profit in each of the last three seasons with a net total profit (over those 3 seasons) of ?56m.


If they draw anyone other than RM in the semis of the Champions League, they have the opportunity of beating their closest, much more illustrious and much bigger spending local rivals in the final and also have the opportunity of winning the La Liga title on the last day of the season against Barca in the Camp Nou. Not bad on a budget!


Clubs will be knocking down the door and offering very great riches for Diego Simeone to manage them next season. How delicious would the irony be if he ended up managing Man Utd?

That happened to me last night, only I was the recipient. Received a Get in! text from a West Ham* supporting friend just as Bayern scored...quickly followed by Bollox!

I think most neutrals have enjoyed watching them this season. They play in the mould of Simeone...MUFC board take note

I agree, I think he's far more at ease in Spain

With you on CSKA Fulham getting battered but do not under any crircumstances want them winning the PL, Liverpool please.

      I would recommend the Dulwich Test and Service centre that used to be in Hindemanns road and then moved to the little Trading Estate off Tyrrel Road. I've used them very happily for nearly 40 years. Paul and Reg Shires.
