Gardener needed to hack back ivy

I have a garden flat in Camberwell, and there is ivy in two places in the  garden that needs to be brought under control!

In the first area it is growing over the plastic roof of the lean-to, and up to the bedroom window, and needs removing as far down as possible. This is the most urgent as it is getting very heavy.

In the second area, it is growing up the garden wall and into the chain-link fencing above. I would like a gap to be cut through the stems low down so that everything above the cut dies.
