If you are wanting to join a Pilates class but worried about being a beginner. come and join us for this 2 hour Beginners Workshop with instructor Lizzy Roy. Looking at aspects such as breathing, the placement and stabilisation of the pelvis, ribcage, shoulders and cervical spine - you will learn how to properly position your body. By strengthening your "core" you will discover more stability in everyday functional movement, improving back pain, coordination and flexibility, increased confidence and overall awareness of how your body moves. By the end of the day you will have grasped the basic principles of exercising safely and efficiently and with this knowledge equipped to join either our new 6 week Beginners Plus Course starting on Sunday 3rd November at 10.30am or joining any of our weekly sessions.
