CamberwellOz
I went to my best friend's father's funeral and I sat behing his mother. All through the funeral she sobbed saying 'My boy, my boy. I was supposed to go first.' I'm welling up just thinking about it. My biggest fear is having to bury my child. Guest
There's a creepycrawlie think in the corner I'm going to have to do something about before I go to bed in case it (big fear coming) falls in my mouth in the night and chokes me! indiepanda
Not sure what my biggest fear would be now.... really don't like snakes though, menacing looking things.I used to be terrified of the idea of being trapped in a burning building when I was a kid - had repeated nightmares about it, my poor parents used to have to get up to me most nights when I was a toddler, god knows how they put up with me. Actually having children might be my biggest fear, but at least I can do something to avoid that one!! indiepanda
lol, I think some of that would put me off more! I'm sure it's great for some people, just don't think it's for me. And being single and the wrong side of 35 it's largely academic anyway. Tony.London Suburbs
Greatest fear - retaining my thinking mind but losing control of my body - being unable to walk, talk, see or hear. It is the ultimate lock up. ...Co-Sign.Selfishly,death itself. When I get REALLY old,I will have to do a very convincing job on myself to persuade me all will be well and there will be a future after death.Fear of leaving loved ones behind including pets that no-one can explain where "Daddy" has gone to.A terrible thoughtAs I enjoy life thoroughly and am so grateful for the miracle of life itself I fear getting depressed when I am old and can only see the Cemetary Gates approaching fast! And I have my reasons for not wanting to be a parent (nothing sinister just personal).
