Sorry for the delay...

Finally we have found a venue to run a beautiful vintage/brocante/country fair..The first fair will be in February in a local hall (I am just finalising details). We currently run the fair in Sussex and it is a huge success. The fair will run once a month on a Saturday

I am just trying to gauge interest, obviously we will be doing lots of marketing around the local area, but I am looking for the following;

Beautiful stall holders who sell decorative antiques, old linen, french old things, chippy furniture, vintage textiles - quilts etc, artisan potters or painters, candle makers (Not vintage clothes, sorry). The ethos of the fair is old and beautiful, so looking for lovely local products to add some local flavour to the fair!

A local cafe to run the tearooms - Artisan food & lovely coffees/teas

Local producers i.e honey maker, jam maker...

    • They’ve backed away from pretending they produce their own goods recently. That claim sat at the centre of the misdirection for years. They’ve now accepted they can’t sustain it, so they’re beginning to highlight the local independent bakeries whose products they actually sell. The business is essentially a courier model running on a slim margin.
    • Another sparrow hawk visor to our cherry tree at the weekend.  Our robin survived, but we may be a sparrow down.     any thoughts on bird feeders & bird baths with the current bird flu?  I try to wash out the bird bath most days when at home, but not on the 3 days in a row that I’m in the office & the bird feeders rather less regularly. Would it be better not to have at all (as my partner thinks)?
