I'm now a landlord and have complaints from tenants of noise from downstairs. The Victorian conversion was not insulated very well. Can anyone offer any advice, my old tenants move out on 7th March and new ones in week later Any builders out there who can help and come and quote for insulating bedroom floor? Any help would be gratefully received

Sorry for the delay... Finally we have found a venue to run a beautiful vintage/brocante/country fair..The first fair will be in February in a local hall (I am just finalising details). We currently run the fair in Sussex and it is a huge success. The fair will run once a month on a Saturday I am just trying to gauge interest, obviously we will be doing lots of marketing around the local area, but I am looking for the following; Beautiful stall holders who sell decorative antiques, old linen, french old things, chippy furniture, vintage textiles - quilts etc, artisan potters or painters, candle makers (Not vintage clothes, sorry). The ethos of the fair is old and beautiful, so looking for lovely local products to add some local flavour to the fair! No use Terry he is AMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMAAZINNNNG - I had a bed delivered and it was too big he came within an hour take off my skirting boards and so reaasonable for the quality work and speed in which he comes round - PLEASE USE HIM - he is so tidy he even hoovered up the mess - 07717 572036 Amazing guy ... he does all jobs around the house .. no job too small ..

City Brocante.... I am in the process of organising City Brocante which will run on a Saturday in October in a beautiful hall in East Dulwich. The event currently runs in Sussex once a month and it was around 25 stalls holders selling beautiful items for your home and a chance to enjoy a cup of tea and homemade cake I am just trying to gauge interest ..
