I'm now a landlord and have complaints from tenants of noise from downstairs. The Victorian conversion was not insulated very well. Can anyone offer any advice, my old tenants move out on 7th March and new ones in week later Any builders out there who can help and come and quote for insulating bedroom floor? Any help would be gratefully received

Sorry for the delay... Finally we have found a venue to run a beautiful vintage/brocante/country fair..The first fair will be in February in a local hall (I am just finalising details). We currently run the fair in Sussex and it is a huge success. The fair will run once a month on a Saturday I am just trying to gauge interest, obviously we will be doing lots of marketing around the local area, but I am looking for the following; Beautiful stall holders who sell decorative antiques, old linen, french old things, chippy furniture, vintage textiles - quilts etc, artisan potters or painters, candle makers (Not vintage clothes, sorry). The ethos of the fair is old and beautiful, so looking for lovely local products to add some local flavour to the fair!
