Hello, I've just booked an appointment today with a place that used to get rave reviews, but recently saw a one star review saying the stylist had changed and not to go there..

My daughter has been really looking forward to a hair cut today, and now I'm not so sure I can trust the one I've booked! Problem is, I'm not sure who to trust? What is a good hairstylist that is also available at short notice?

Please help!

Thanks very much,

Rachel

Unfortunately unless there has been a cancellation, a good stylist is not likely to be available at short notice and may be fully booked for weeks ahead!

Also, some may be taking a break after the busy festive season!

I would recommend Shingo at Kuki in Bellenden Road, but I think he is on holiday. You could try phoning them. I don't have personal experience of the other stylists there, but they always have good reviews on here.

We walked into Friendly Cuts on Forest Hill Road at 12 noon and my daughter had her hair wash, cut, dried and styled at 1pm.  First time we have been.  She's 12 and loves it and the female stylist (I didn't catch her name) was lovely and really took time to make sure she was happy.

A qualified electrician has the training and experience to safely handle any electrical issues, reducing the likelihood of accidents or injuries. With the exception of simple tasks, it is illegal for anyone other than a licensed electrician to perform electrical work. Hiring a qualified electrician ensures that the work is done in compliance with local laws and building codes. Some electricians are being recommended on EDF but here is no indication that they registered with NICEIC or NAPIT.  One is well advised to steer clear of Check-a-Trade which is a marketing service funded by subscription.
