Wanted: Van and man or van hire to IKEA: Now sorted!

You can buy almost anything from Ikea's on-line catalogue and have it delivered to your door. A very efficient service.

Agreed, but unfortunately when I tried to buy online, the estimated earliest delivery date was Sept 9th!

I suppose that if you're in a hurry, whizzing down to Croydon in a hired van would be the only answer. But we've never had to wait more than a week (and its so much easier than having to push a trolley round that huge warren of a place to find all the things one needs!).
