Recommended Posts

Hello all,

Something a little different to the norm! As Estate Agents, we want to be part of your community. We already sponsor Heber Primary School and several artists from Camberwell School of Art.

We are writing to tell everyone in East Dulwich that Jacksons Estate Agents are opening a brand new office at 12 Lordship Lane SE22 8HN.

We will be opening on the 1st September at 10am. We will be providing free drinks to all those who pop in. We are also offering the chance to win ?5,000!

Everyone welcome -We hope to see you there.

Jacksons & Eastdulwichfan - please take note. The people in this community that you say you want to be part of are not as stupid as you think. We were not born yesterday and this forum has been around for a long time so don't insult us with false recommendations please.

I am your target market - i.e. I am someone in need of the services of an estate agent at the moment. You've already shot yourselves in the foot by demonstrating a lack of integrity.

The NoFlies estate agent (local ED business) has actual genuine forum recommendations in case you're interested. Integrity and hard work.

    • Although this sounds worrying, a "bitey" fox is unusual. I see foxes all the time where I live near Rye Lane and have never experienced this. I've even seen a fox sitting in the garden where an outdoor cat lives, whilst the cat was there - the cat was fine and is still alive. I think my flat is on a fox path because I hear and see them most nights, none of the local cats seem bothered by them. I can't help but wonder what would make the fox act in such a way, I've just read that toxoplasmosis might make them more aggressive
    • Purse with cash and cards (including photo card) found in road local to East Dulwich Tabernacle. It will be here (107 Barry Road) all day (Sunday 21 December) if you want to collect or PM me.  In case some one else who knows R Howard, please alert her.    Thank you
    • Thanks Sue.  No the car just drove on.  We don't know if they noticed.  We were driving behind.  We were just glad we could be with the cat, and take him to the vet, rather than leaving him there 😞
    • Certainly the infamous (and mythical) SE London cat killer turned out to be foxes attacking dying and dead cats injured by cars, but fox: cat encounters do appear to happen, even where cats are victorious. Fox: adult humans less so. At least where foxes are the aggressors.
