Dentist for a nervous patient?

Hi

Has anyone had a particularly goo experience with a dentist in ED that they would like to recommend?

I'm a very nervous patient & looking for a gentle dentist!

You absolutely must visit Half Moon Dental in Herne Hill. All of their dentists are OK with nervous patients. It's a private practice but very fairly priced.

Unfortunately you may have to wait a while. The recent flooding in Herne Hill seriously affected HMD's practice so it may be a while before they're up and running again.

Thank you so much everyone for all your responses. It's great to hear there are so many dentists around providing a good service. What a shame for Half Moon dental practice. I will definitely book in there when they re-open.

I can second this - Half Moon Dental is brilliant. I have a mini breakdown every time I have to go to the dentist and they are very gentle and distract you well. I've seen Andrew who I can recommend.

Another vote for Camberwell Dental Care and for Mr Mahmood and his assistant who were so patient and calm with me today despite my being filled with anxiety and with my baby screaming blue murder in the room. First visit to this dentist and to a dentist in a while...they were great.
