Join Sianad for a joyful mid week Pilates practice at PUSH Studios at 7.10pm/ £13.50 (use code WELCOME at checkout, to receive a 30% discount, if you are new to PUSH).

Sianaid's uses a signature style of flowing Pilates exercises - focusing not only on the major muscle groups but also the smaller ones, who have a huge role in supporting the body. You will leave well worked, but strong, positive, lulled by Sianad's gorgeous Welsh accent and ready for a great night's sleep. All abilities welcome - just bring yourself (mats provided) - no membership fee required. Pay as you go, by booking online at www.pushstudios.co.uk

You will find PUSH Studios in Blackwater Court, Blackwater Street off Lordship Lane, just behind William Rose Butchers. We are a small inclusive, friendly studio, always ready to welcome new friends.
