Congrats to my sister in law who's just had a baby boy.

Now for the pressie ....

She's asked for a sheepskin liner for her newborn Maxi Cosi (pebble?? I, sure she used the word Pebble!) car seat.

There seem to be a ton of sheepskins out there but I have no idea what fits what and , as someone who's a bit of a perfectionist, I don't want one that "sort of" fits...would really like one that I know will do the job!

Has anyone got any experience of this and therefore some advice and helpful pointers?

Thanks tons!

I use the John lewis sheepskin liner in both my Maxicosi carseat and my bugaboo. It's a universal fitting (like most of the liners) so would be perfect for the pebble. I don't think there's a specific one for any of the maxicosi range (but I could be wrong).
I bought one from Amazon, think it is a Kaiser one and it fits both my maxicosi and bugaboo bee. It doesn't fit perfectly - sort of rucks a bit at the side where it follows the bend of the car seat now I've taken out the newborn insert, but is absolutely fine. It definitely makes a difference temperature-wise.

    • Nope that is boring,  I want something creative.  Maybe turn them into Xmas cards.  I understand from those daytime television programmes that don't involve buying houses, DIY, antiques, bargain hunting and the second World War that this is called 'upcycling'. AI suggests: Upcycling old cheque books can involve repurposing the paper from old checks into creative items like notebooks, journals, art pieces, gift tags, bookmarks, decorative paper, or even small boxes, by cutting, decorating, and assembling the paper to create new functional or decorative objects, while ensuring any personal banking information is properly obscured or removed. And there is vid too
