rosie_ju Posted Thursday at 14:14 Share Posted Thursday at 14:14 Hi there! We are looking into getting a side return and loft dormer. I wondered if anyone had any experience of working with Resi or GoPlans? We'd be keen for there to be an element of interesting architectural design, however can't afford a traditional architect. We wondered if Resi might have the edge over GoPlans on this due to the size of the company and the amount of architectural designers they have working for them. We'd love to know any thoughts you had about these companies or similar! Thanks! Gardens101 Posted Thursday at 16:32 Share Posted Thursday at 16:32 Julia with any architect you should have an idea in mind. Saves everyone time and energy, as what one architect thinks a client wants is v different than the next. Do some research. Nigello Posted yesterday at 13:46 Share Posted yesterday at 13:46 Such firms can save you time and stress and provide you with builders/plumbers/etc. It’s worth considering this when thinking about overall cost.
