Callows are in my opinion the best Locksmiths in London. I was very pleased with their servicecwhenbthey changed my chubb locks. They were quick and very pleasant.

I agree Callows Locksmiths in East Dulwich really are the best - the staff are so kind and go above and beyond to help customers!

I took in a Yale lock that I thought was broken and they checked it and told me that the deadlock function had been activated by mistake and pointed out that in a property with flats this would be dangerous if a fire broke out.  They then showed me how to disable it, gave me new screws (because the threads had worn) and expert advice on how to refit it - all without charge!!  Thank you!
