2x bathroom extractor fans to be fitted through 30cm brick wall.

One bathroom is directly on top of the other in the back two-story addition of our Victorian end of terrace house.  Side access is clear to place ladder securely.

Both fans will need an isolator switch above the bathroom door and will have switched live activated by existing downlight circuit.

Access above both rooms is limited so you’ll be working through the spotlight holes to access junction boxes and possibly need to cut a hole to gain access from beneath.

I will have the following components already:

·         Airflow iCON 15 fans

·         External vents

·         4 inch pipe

·         Fan isolator switches

Happy to buy other materials if you don’t carry them.

I would like the 4-inch hole to be cut with drill rather than chiselled out and impacted plaster board to be left sound ready for me to fill and paint afterwards.

Preference will be given to tradesman that have fitted fans before and happy to make the hole and complete the wiring, but will split the job if necessary. Please let me know what you happy to commit to.

Suggest you would want to visit to take a look, or we do a video call to give you full understanding so you can quote on a fixed price basis.

I’m fairly electrically minded, so if you have any questions I can probably answer them.

Ideally looking for somebody available within the next month or so.

Shout if you know body who could help. Thansk!
