Anywhere open on a sunday that will fill helium balloons?

Bought some babyshower balloons and would like to get them filled morning of the shower (a sunday)

Anyone know anywhere that will do this and is open?

The newsagent on Lordship Lane near Toasted (called V7 I think) can fill helium ballooons and will be open on Sunday morning.
