I'd like to highly recommend Laura above, she did the flowers for my wedding a couple of week ago and I was blown away by how beautiful the flowers were. Laura listened to exactly what I wanted, and with a gorgeous dose of her creativity and talent the end result couldn't have been more perfectly how I'd envisaged. She is so warm and friendly that getting together to discuss the flowers was so much fun - I really can't recommend her more highly. Am waiting for our photos at the moment but happy to share when they're back.

Thanks Laura!

I would also like to highly recommend Wild Willow for wedding flowers who I found via this forum. Laura was a pleasure to deal with; professional, passionate and full of wonderful inspiring ideas. The bouquets, button holes and reception flowers were, and I think everyone would agree, utterly stunning. We were totally blown away by the beautiful colours and arrangements. The flowers were my favourite part of the wedding planning process & fully exceeded my expectations.

    • Unfortunately I've had very bad experiences with John Lewis technical help department, who have more than once given me completely wrong information, and once had to pay me compensation as a result. In any case unless you bought the phone there I'm not sure they would help? A local phone shop might, though.
    • Just had three areas of damp expertly dealt with by JKA Damp proofing & Plastering. Each area had a different cause and Jonathan diagnosed and explained the problems comprehensively. The family firm then carried out all the necessary repairs having prepped each area meticulously. The work was done to the highest standard and then everything was cleared up beautifully. I would wholeheartedly recommend the firm if you have damp problems!
    • hi Tom I'd ask a teenager. I'd lend you mine but they are asleep.  Pop into a phone shop and ask for help with it. It's quite straightforward, but easier once you know.
    • I switched from one samsung phone to another Samsung phone about a couple of years or so ago. Now I may be misremembering but what I think I  did was to 1. Open a samsung account which gave me access to Samsung's cloud. 2. Uploaded what i wanted to transfer to new phone to the cloud. It gives a choice of which categories to upload. 3. Log in to samsung on new phone then download stuff from cloud onto new phone. I was very hesitant but I remember it was quite simple and straightforward, I surprised myself. I do keep all photos and documents on other clouds which means I can access the same file/photo from different devices, and agree with Sue about accessing emails. Good Luck!
