External wall rendering - any builders recommended?

Do you a builder who could:

1) Hack off render from top to bottom of property end wall and remove debris.

2) Make good brickwork as necessary and prepare for re-rendering

3) Treat areas of cracked brickwork with expanding metal lath

4) Re-render wall in smooth finish.

5) Quote to include cost of materials and scaffolding; all waste products to be removed from site.
