We have had superb service from Bespoke Windows. The 2 men who did the initial visit to discuss options and price, the expert surveyor who did all the measurements, and the window fitters, were all professional, courteous, and all did an outstanding job. The price for replacing all our windows and the front door and rear French door (ie a huge job) was far less than we were fearing!

I can recommend Bespoke Windows unreservedly - a great company. They only work on homes within a 2 mile radius of their Lordship Lane office - but they have plenty of work in that area, and deserve to be busy.

    • Some of you may have never been to a post office on a Saturday when one or more people are posting their ebay parcels and you wait yonks.  Just one of those things.  I'm more concerned about the speed of the Royal Mail.  I may start a thread on this!
    • If you're going British, Marks and Sparks do a fantastic Cornish Cruncher Cheddar (get the three year old if it's on offer) and a Stilton/Stichelton which are wrapped in something more like wax paper.  I'm pretty sure they used to do a Stinking Bishop which had minimal plastic wrapping, as well.
    • Thanks to everybody for the responses. Agree that £50-60 is somewhat excessive so supermarket is likely to be the route we take.
    • If you can track down the owners of the now defunct Heritage Cheese in the village, there could be some stock-clearance bargains if you don't mind your cheese a little pre-nibbled.
