Introducing The Flavour Kitchen Catering Company - 10% Launch Discount

Recommended Posts

Hi all

I have just recently launched the website for my catering company, The Flavour Kitchen. I have a Cordon Bleu diploma gained from Tante Marie School of Cooking and have worked for a number of leading catering companies in London working at some very high-end venues in addition to doing my private work.

My company can cater for all types of functions - private and corporate and I am passionate about using the best seasonal ingredients available. My website has some sample menus but I usually create bespoke menus for customers based on their personal tastes and the style of event.

Here are some of the events we have catered for recently:

- Fine dining dinner parties following classical, Modern European and Asian menus

- Canape parties (we have just done a Whitstable themed office opening canap? party for 110)

- Formal and informal buffets

- BBQs

We can also cater for specific diets such as gluten, wheat and dairy free as well as deliver children friendly menus.

We are now taking bookings for the Christmas season and beyond, so would be delighted to hear from you!

Very best wishes,

Sinead

Hi, I just want to endorse Sinead! She came round and cooked a wonderful 4 course meal for 6 of us. The quality of the cooking was exceptional and judging by the cost/benefit of going out versus having people come round a really good option. Top ingredients used. She's also very friendly as well as professional! Would not hesitate to recommend ...

Thanks so much for the endorsement Pebs!

I forgot to add in my original post that I am offering a launch special of 10% of all bookings if made by end of the year. This includes bookings to be made for next year. And if you would like party food delivered for the Christmas season (or indeed anytime), I offer a drop off/delivery service which is free of charge in the Dulwich area (hope ok to add this admin - thanks :)).

    • Hi folks. A reply from Events re my questions: "Thank you for taking the time to send us this feedback.   We have an internal event debrief booked to take place on Thursday 18 July and all of the issues you have raised have been recorded and will be reviewed at this meeting. I will be able to respond fully to you after this meeting has taken place. There will also be an opportunity for local residents to attend a community debrief meeting. This is scheduled to take place at a venue close to the park w/c 22 July. This meeting will be facilitated by the GALA team, but council officers will be present also. Details will be circulated to those on the council’s stakeholder register and GALA’s stakeholder register and also to anyone who has complained about the event but does not have their contact details listed on either register.     If you have any further questions in the meantime, please don’t hesitate to contact me. Charlie Simm         Senior Events Officer       London Borough of Southwark Email direct: [email protected]           Email general: [email protected]  Tel: 020 7525 2739" We must go to the meeting if you're invited because you made a complaint, or are on the list from being invited to the pre-Festival meetings.
    • The Ivy House, lovely as it is,  doesn't book rooms for parties any more, to the best of my knowledge, except in exceptional circumstances. Though you could ask, in case things have changed again. The Castle has a nice function room upstairs, but I have no idea if they book it out  for private parties.
    • We use Virtuo when we go away for a few days, really nice cars (Merc GLA; BMW 1) that are new and clean. They can drop off the car to your house (or street) and pick it up at the end - again, not for a single day, but we tend to go for 3/4 days. Not the cheapest but competitive and for the great cars - we like it. There is also pick-up from ncp near Guy's Hospital. Here's a £30 off referral https://tinyurl.com/virtuoED if you're interested (yes I get that too).  I recently used Zip car for a daily rental-  was more expensive than virtuo rate (though local ED pickup was a plus) - but a 70k mile clapped out MG was a pretty terrible experience - squealy breaks, no suspension, the leather'ish drivers seat threadbare on right side. Surprised any car rental company could keep vehicles on the road that long.
    • We always use Balfes and they are very good too.
