lionandmouse
Any good Italian restaurants on Lordship Lane? Or any good restaurants in general? ...but not Chinese / Thai / Indian (it's not that she doesn't like them, she's just had a lot of those recently) Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/39174-italian-restaurant-on-lordship-lane/ Share on other sites
jimbo1964
Il Mirto, off Lordship Lane (OLL) on Melbourne is fab and cheap. But you need to book. StraferJack
nah - quite a good day. Just cutting rough on the forum after a few days awayBut the "italian question" in SE22 is always guaranteed to push my buttons. Not only do we have Franco Manca coming, but Sorsi & Morsi have been here for how long now? Plus il Mirto, just off the lane, Si Mangia around the corner and people still ask bewildering questions about "italian". It's such an old trope it's beyond a jokePlus people who primarily post "wanting" other people to give them money/info - smack Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/39174-italian-restaurant-on-lordship-lane/#findComment-701981 Share on other sites

lionandmouse
Dear Lord, I am honestly shocked at how ridiculous you are JK - so I ask for takeaways and ask for local restaurant suggestions...does this mean I am lazy? No, simply that I don't know and would like to know what the local people think. I haven't had the opportunity to walk down the lane all year (when i first moved to the area may i add) as I have been preoccupied with other things, some interesting and others mindnumbingly dull. Have a glass of wine and chill out. Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/39174-italian-restaurant-on-lordship-lane/#findComment-702412 Share on other sites
