I got some in October from Clinton cards. I still have half a roll left if you are desperate otherwise I'd check clinton cards as they were doing Thomas, Peppa etc. x

I've bought it from Sainsbury's in the past (although it was sheets rather than rolls)..not sure if they have it right now but might be worth a look if you haven't tried them already.
